The Aguettant Group, an independent, family-owned French pharmaceutical company, announces the appointment of Philippe de Pougnadoresse as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Executive Board, effective July 1st, 2026.
This appointment is in line with the continuity of the Group's governance and aims to accelerate Aguettant's strategic development, particularly in the areas of essential injectable medicines, anesthesia, critical care, and neurology.
Philippe de Pougnadoresse brings over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held senior leadership positions at Novartis and, more recently, at Ipsen, where he served as General Manager France and subsequently as Vice President for the Middle East, Africa, and Maghreb region.
His leadership, international background, and strong expertise in strategy, marketing, and sales will be key assets in supporting the Group's growth and strengthening its global presence.
